1. Applications and Usage instructions:

Applications:

• Nahaviwel NB-EM12 submerged arc welding wire is a welding wire with low carbon and silicon content, relatively high manganese content, extremely small sulfur and phosphorus impurities, creating welds with good metal substrates, when used. Can be used in combination with welding fluxes F7A(P)2, F7A(P)6, ... to create welds with relatively high physical and mechanical properties as desired.
• ​​​​​Nahaviwel NB-EM12 submerged arc welding wire is suitable for welding low carbon and medium alloy steel structures with a tensile strength of about 560N/mm2 such as: pressure tanks, pipes, heavy duty steel structures , civil structures, road cranes, cars, boats...

 Usage instructions:

• Store the soldering wire in a dry place, in a sealed package to avoid dust and moisture, avoid contact with the soldering wire surface, and dry the soldering iron above 200⁰C for 40-60 minutes before welding.
• Choose a suitable welding current and welding speed, always maintain the correct amount of protective agent according to the instructions to achieve deep weld penetration and high workability.
